How We Do It

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Take note that due to new procedures and safety protocols brought by Covid 19, shipping delays are expected. We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Packaged shipping time can take between 3-5 business days.

(We are not responsible for any delay of estimated shipping time caused by logistics carriers and natural disasters).

U.S domestic shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii or any other territories under United States.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

All orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

Ship your items with the prepaid shipping label that we will provide to your email and print at home.

If printer is not available, show your digital return code at an eligible USPS location and they will print a shipping label for you.

Refunds are processed in 5-7 business days after we have received your return item.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by Riyannah Tori adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
